• Phase 1: Reconnection & Mobility Reset – Restore range of motion, release stiffness, and relieve tension.
• Phase 2: Activation & Stability Rebuild – Strengthen your deep stabilizers to eliminate compensations.
• Phase 3: Dynamic Integration – Improve body coordination and rotational control.
• Phase 4: Power & Alignment Rebuild – Rebuild lower-body alignment and protect the knees and ankles.
• Phase 5: Recovery & Maintenance – Integrate everything into a long-term, pain-free routine.
